Building leadership skills in young women, by empowering them through mentorship, building their self-confidence and challenging them to discover and fulfill their dreams.

A place to dream without holding back.

Launching D.R.E.A.M Mentorship was never even a dream. All I knew was that I wanted an opportunity to pour into other young women.

When I came to the United States, my biggest dream was to get an education, travel the world, and eventually become the first female president of Nigeria. Today, that dream has been improved on so many levels. God has shown me that I needed to dream bigger; He surpassed my immediate requests and gave me more than I could have ever imagined. While I am a firm believer in dreams, I understand the amount of work required to see them come to fruition. Gifts make room for individuals, but strategies will keep them there. Your dream, idea, or gift may provide you with opportunities to stand before kings, but it is preparation that keeps you in the company of kings.

My goal in founding D.R.E.A.M. was to provide young women with the preparation and strategies needed to fulfill their dreams because I believe that those dreams are valid. Dreams are potent, they have the power to change lives, communities and nations, and it all starts with you. Your dream is valid, do not stop dreaming!
